How it works

From first message to last card.

A clear walkthrough of what happens at each step, so you can arrive relaxed and know exactly what's coming.

Choose your reading

Pick the format that matches the depth of what you're sitting with: Spark, Clarity, Deep Light, or a Written Reflection. If you're not sure, start with Clarity.

Pick a time

On the booking calendar you choose an available UK-time slot, Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm, with a 15-minute buffer between clients. Thursday is closed.

Pay to confirm

Secure payment confirms your booking. I then confirm your slot by email and WhatsApp with the meeting link and a short pre-reading prompt. Without payment, your slot isn't held. This keeps the calendar honest for everyone.

Sit with the question

Bring a question, an open mind, and a quiet half-hour. You don't need to prepare anything else. No special candles, no fasting, no script.

The reading itself

We meet on Zoom or Google Meet. I'll read the cards aloud and we'll talk through what comes up. You can ask questions throughout. This is a conversation, not a monologue.

Afterwards

You'll get a short written summary with the key cards and the next steps we landed on. For Deep Light readings, a voice recording is included automatically.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Life happens. Here's the policy.

You can reschedule any reading up to 24 hours before your slot by replying to your email or WhatsApp confirmation, no questions asked.

For cancellations within 24 hours, I offer a credit toward a future reading rather than a refund, since the time has been held for you. If something serious or unexpected has come up, write to me. I'm a person, not a policy, and we'll work it out.

Written readings are paid in full at the point of booking. If the question changes substantially before I begin, you can swap it once at no extra cost.

Before your call

A small ritual that helps.

You don't have to do any of this, but if you want a way to settle in:

  • Find a quiet spot where you won't be interrupted for an hour.
  • Have water and something to write with nearby.
  • Take three slow breaths before you log on.
  • Hold your question loosely, and let it shift if it wants to.
Ready when you are

“No prep needed. Just a question and a quiet half-hour.
